We will not share any of information the information you enter with any outside party without your explicit consent unless we are required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with a legal process served on our Web site.

What Information is Collected and How it is Used?

Spitzy.net uses a cookie that identifies you from time to time. This ID-cookie makes it possible to save measurement settings only.

For statistic purposes to optimize our content, we also log (and link to ID) how many page views you have had, how many visits you have had, your last visit, how many cocktails you have added, how many you have mailed (not recipients!) and how many times you have voted for cocktails. We do not log WHAT you vote for.

The forum (Spitzyboard) saves all the information you enter when you make a new account and gives you a Spitzyboard ID saved as a cookie in your browser. This information is used for your own convenience the next time you enter the Spitzyboard so you wont have to enter all the info every time. This information will not be used for any advertizing without your permission. Every time you enter a message on the board, your IP address plus account info is linked to that message. This IP address is for administrator's use only (looking for abusers of this service making multiple accounts).

Web server Logs

This Web site (Spitzy.net) logs IP addresses, what page you came from and browser types for systems administration purposes. These logs will be analyzed to constantly improve the value of the materials available on the website and will never be shared to anyone.
