¾ oz. Light Rum
¼ oz. Dark Rum
¼ tsp. 151 Rum
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Lemon Juice or Lime Juice
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Mix the Light Rum, the Dark Rum, and all the juices with ice in either a shaker or a blender. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a pineapple spear and a red cherry. The 151 Rum can be floated on top with the sugar, if you want.

1 ounce Jamaican dark rum
1 ounce passionfruit syrup
1 ounce creme de banana
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 ounce grenadine
1/2 ounce 151-proof Demerara rum
