3 fresh Mint sprigs
2 tsp Sugar
3 tblsp Lemon juice (or lime), fresh
1 1/2 oz Light rum
Club soda, Chilled
HowTo:
In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lemon juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with the club soda (or seltzer). Add a lemon slice and the remaining mint. Serves one

Parfait glass
|
2 oz vodka ice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz papaya nectar
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
1/2 triple sec
garnish:
pineapple
cherry
procedure:
pour ice cubes to parfait glass then ad the vodka,pineapple juice,papaya nectar and triple sec. pour the grenadine syrup fast while the glass were slant position...put the pineapple into the glass and top of it is the cherry.

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Midori
1 oz FRESH orange juice
5 ice cubes, cracked
Pour the vodka, midori and orange juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake well to mix. Put the cracked ice into a tall glass or goblet and strain over the cocktail. pour in the orance juice, adding more to top up, iff necessary. decorate decorate with a slice of orange and a ball of banana.

Muddle the lime with the watermelon. Add the sugar syrup and vodka. Stir and top with crushed ice.
