1 oz. Pineapple Juice
0.25 oz. BOLS Apricot Brandy Liqueur
0.25 oz. Bacardi Black Rum®
0.25 oz. Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
0.06 oz. BOLS Grenadine
Instructions:
Blend at high speed, float brown rum , sprinkle a little nutmeg. Rums used : Appleton White, Appleton gold, Appleton Brown/Dark
Blend with ice
Garnish with a fresh pineapple + nutmeg + red cherry

Fill with Lemonade
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Put sugar in glass. Squeeze limes into glass. Stir slightly. Add rum. Add lemonade. Stir and serve.

Heavy "splash" olive juice
4 Olives
Pour vodka, gin, and olive juice in shaker with ice, strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with 4 olives of your choice.

30 ml Vodka
30 ml White Rum
15 ml Triple Sec
15 ml Strawberry Liquer
Fresh pineapple pieces
Ice
Add strawberry liquer to glass.
Blend Vodka, Rum, Pineapple and Ice and pour over strawberry liquer. Lightly pour midori over top using artist talent. Garnish with leafy piece of celery.
