1 shot Pear Schnapps (ideally the Hungarian Vilmos korte palinka, but Poire William or simillar will do)
0.5 shot Zubrowka Bison grass vodka
2 shots pressed apple juice (the cloudy stuff, not the stuff from concentrate that looks like a kidney patient's urine sample)
0.125 shot sugar syrup
Shake and strain into chilled martini glass
Serve with a slice of fresh pear on the rim of the glass
