SERVES 8
4 cups of Milk
180ml Frangelico
125ml brandy
150g White chocolate finely chopped
3 eggs, lightly whisked
Ground nutmeg, to serve
Place milk, Frangelico and Brandy in a medium saucepan at a low heat
(or Mircowave uncovered on High for 1.5-2minutes)
Strain Frangelico mixture through a fine sieve into a large heatproof juig and set aside for 15minutes. Cover with plastic in fridge for 2hours
Serve in small glasses sprinkled with nutmeg
